The site presents i3Geo and the topographic surveying and georeferencing services it provides, and offers a channel for requesting a quote.

The information is general and informational in nature. It does not replace the technical analysis of a specific case, which depends on documents and an on-site survey.

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or an obligation to contract for either party.

Prices, deadlines and scope are only valid once formalized in a proposal issued by i3Geo and accepted by you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send about the property and about yourself.

The property, vertices, areas and coordinates shown in the site’s animations are illustrative and do not correspond to any client’s property.

The terrain used in the animations comes from public elevation data (NASA’s SRTM). Photographs may be for illustration purposes only.

The i3Geo brand and the site’s texts, drawings, animations and code belong to i3Geo or are used with permission. Copying, reproducing or commercially exploiting this content without prior written permission is not allowed.

The site contains links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. These services have their own rules and policies, and i3Geo is not responsible for how they operate.

We work to keep the site online and up to date, but it may become unavailable due to maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. The content may be changed without prior notice.

The processing of personal data follows our Privacy policy, available in the footer of every page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
