Born in Ouro Fino, in southern Minas Gerais, the son of farmers. He has worked in land surveying since 2008, from field surveys to property regularization and the follow-up of land developments.
At i3Geo, he combines field experience, technology and knowledge of the land tenure reality to give security to clients and their projects.

Dener Lopes

In the field since 2008
A real estate developer since 2008, working in land surveying and the environmental field. He has taken part in 73 land developments in São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Goiás, as well as land tenure, environmental and urban regularizations at different scales.
He is responsible for bringing together engineering, legislation, economic feasibility and real estate strategy, so that each project starts out legally sound, technically feasible and financially efficient.
