Privacy policy

i3Geo, registered under CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) No. 69.235.362/0001-68, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).

The site does not require registration. You only provide personal data if you decide to request a quote or contact us.

In a quote request, you provide:

• the service you are interested in and the approximate size of the area;
• the municipality and state where the area is located;
• your name, your phone number and, if you wish, your email address;
• any notes you would like to add.

When you submit the request, the information you filled in is sent by email to the i3Geo team. If you provide your email address, you receive a confirmation with a summary. The site does not keep a database of these requests.

To prevent automated submissions and abuse, the form uses a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a submission limit based on the IP address and the contact details provided.

You can also send the same summary through WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own privacy policy.

We use the data you send us only to:

• understand your needs and reply to your message;
• prepare the quote and the service proposal;
• perform the contracted service and comply with the legal obligations related to it.

Processing is based on carrying out preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the request of the data subject, and, once a contract is signed, on the performance of that contract and on compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell or transfer your data for advertising purposes.

The data may be processed by providers that make our service possible: the email delivery service (Resend), the bot check (Cloudflare), WhatsApp and the site’s hosting provider, which records technical access data (IP address, browser, date and time) for operation and security.

When the service requires it, information about the property and the applicant is submitted to the competent public agencies and registry offices (cartórios), always within the contracted purpose.

The site does not use advertising cookies or behavioral tracking tools. If this changes, this policy will be updated beforehand.

We keep conversations and documents for as long as needed to handle your request and, when a contract is signed, for the periods required by the legislation that applies to the technical services provided.

You may, at any time, request:

• confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
• information about who the data has been shared with;
• withdrawal of consent, when processing is based on it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
